NMTIE Refund Policy

Attendee Registration
Refunds will not be given after October 5. Charges will still be incurred if a cancellation has not been made by October 5.

If an online cancellation has been made by October 5 and payment has been received, a full refund will be mailed to the attendee and an email to confirm cancellation of the registration. Payment instructions will be made with the attendee or designated individual by the attendee and the NMTIE Coordinator.

If an online cancellation has been made by October 5 but payment has not been received, no further action will take place and the attendee will receive a confirmed cancellation via email.

If a cancellation has been made by telephone, email, or fax by¬†October 5 the NMTIE Coordinator will contact you and send a confirmed cancellation of the attendee’s registration via email.

Exhibitors
If an online cancellation has been made by September 24 and payment has been received, a full refund will be mailed to the company and an email to confirm cancellation of the registration. Payment instructions will be made with the exhibitor representative or designated individual by the representative and the NMTIE Coordinator.

If an online cancellation has been made by September 24 but payment has not been received, no further action will take place and the exhibitor will receive a confirmed cancellation via email.

If a cancellation has been made by telephone, email, or fax by September 24 the NM TIE Coordinator will contact you and send a confirmed cancellation of the exhibitor’s registration via email.
